	Set vision for the leaders, so they could see a healthy path to beginning young adult ministry at FOP. Researched new and innovative habits that other churches are experiencing related to young adult ministry Mentored a team of leaders to take the ministry in the right direction Fostered a culture of spiritual discipline and love Created new ministries that honor the traditions of the church in fresh meaningful ways. Wrote and produced guides to lead the young adults in festival worship (Tabernacles, Passover, Hanukkah)
	Youth Minister 6/04 – 1/08
	Lead and managed Youth Ministry Staff (intern, admin, and pastoral). Cast vision and lead them into a new level of ministry. Oversaw youth choir with over 100 singers and 30 staff. I led this choir in strategic long term change to create a much more culturally relevant ministry to both those within the church and outside. Began responsive ministry to community needs, by equipping teens to passionately love their community. Worked with Missions Department to coordinate youth involvement in mission trips to Mexico, Russia, Mississippi, San Francisco, Sacramento (annually) Partnered with Hume Lake Christian Camps to run a camp in Monrovia Liberia Encouraged the youth to participate in missions. Lead ministry transition. This is very hard to explain except that the youth department was dying and self destructing. I lead the ministry into a godlier and healthier place. FOP is a complicated situation and I love methodical strategic leadership that expresses itself primarily in love. Lead young adult ministry (currently leading worship service for young adult and college age) Preach in contemporary and traditional service (as needed). Shared pastoral responsibilities Met with everyone and their cousin (it’s a Presbyterian church, what do you expect. We have a lot of meetings.)

	Taught conciliation and mediation techniques through Peacemaking Ministry (hispeace.org) as the church went through a tough split Advanced computer network infrastructure and solved many previous networking, database, and server issues Recruited and trained leaders and teachers who helped double attendance in most classes over a single year. Created and coordinated successful game nights for children grades 1-6 Created 6th grade curriculum on Bible study that was so effective many parents attended with their children. Organized and led a worship team of elementary age kids who led worship on a regular basis for the elementary Sunday morning hour.
